ABOUT OUR PRINCIPAL, FRANCIS SCHERER, B.A.

Francis completed his studies in Construction Engineering Technology at George Brown College, and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. His career has taken him to many industries including luxury home project management, environmental strategy, and real estate, but his true love is building beautiful custom homes. Francis has managed full-build and renovation projects in the Rosedale, Beaches, Leslieville, and Parkdale Toronto neighbourhoods, of which his projects have received industry recognition and design/build awards. He combines his construction expertise and corporate project/relationship management experience to bridge the gap between homeowners and the construction industry. With his extensive experience working for a luxury home builder as a senior project manager, as well as building his own home, Francis has the knowledge and firsthand experience to help transform your house into your home.
